Nayanika Mahtani is a copywriter by day and a storyteller by night. Her debut children’s novel, Ambushed, is set in tiger territory, with all royalties going towards a school for the children of former poachers. Her latest book The Gory Story of Genghis Khan a.k.a. Don’t Mess with the Mongols invites children in for a closer look at this most fascinating Khan – prompting them to think about how history depends on who is telling the story. She is now working on her next book, a web series and a film.
