Kuenga Wangmo

Kuenga Wangmo is an archaeologist who has worked on sites in Bhutan, India, and the United States. Kuenga’s field research, supported by National Geographic, explored pre-Buddhist aspects of Bhutan’s history and traditions. She is advisor to the Centre for Archaeology and Historical Studies at Sherubtse College, the Royal University of Bhutan, and has previously lectured at the Leon Levy Foundation Centre for Conservation.
